16 Oceania Crescent is the coastal holiday home you’ve been searching for. With plenty of room for a family or a group of friends, it has been specially designed so you can bring your pets along on your holiday. With zoned, fully-fenced areas throughout the property, it’s easy to manage your pet while letting them join in the holiday fun; it’s even equipped with dog beds!

This coastal-styled home is ideally positioned just 700 metres from local cafes, restaurants, and shops. Walk a further 300 metres and you will find yourself on the picturesque Sunshine Beach, which has one of the most popular off-leash areas that can be accessed at the Northern end of the beach.

Leave the car at home while on holiday and jump on the local bus service, which departs nearby and will take you to Hastings Street and beyond in about 15 minutes. Or for the more energetic, the national park is only a 4-minute walk away, where you can explore the many coastal tracks and magnificent forests.

The space

This beautifully renovated home opens to a relaxed sitting room complete with a Smart TV. A key feature of this room is the hidden Queen size ‘Murphy Bed’ where you can easily create a 4th bedroom. Simply pull down the wall bed and close the doors to make a private room for two extra guests.

The large modern kitchen and dining area have high ceilings and windows that fill the room with an abundance of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an additional butler’s pantry with extra appliances and has been designed for seamless indoor/outdoor living.

Simply lift the glass cafe-style window over the large island bench to bring the outside in. The island bench has space to seat 11 in addition to the outdoor dining table which seats 10. This area makes entertaining a breeze, complete with an outdoor fridge, sink and built-in BBQ that overlooks the large resort-style heated pool, tropical backyard and garden.

Relax in the super-comfortable lounge room, which is complete with a large Smart TV and matching dog bed so your pooch doesn’t have to miss out.

Down the hall you’ll find bedroom 1 complete with a queen bed and bedroom 2 which holds two king single beds. Both rooms have built-in robes and glass sliding doors that lead out to the deck and pool area.

The gorgeous main bathroom features double stone vanities, a luxurious rain shower and a deep free-standing bath. The separate toilet sits beside the laundry, which is equipped with a washer, dryer, sink and plenty of storage.

Ascend the stairs to the breakout sitting room, which leads into the luxurious master bedroom and ensuite. The master bedroom is complete with a king bed and sitting area and has wonderful views out through the trees, with glimpses of the ocean. Open the windows to capture the lovely afternoon sea breeze.

The spacious ensuite includes a walk-in rain shower and double vanities providing the perfect parents retreat with room to spread out, separate from the kids or other guests.

The property has a secure double garage and room to safely park a third car or even a boat.
