ROOF REPLACEMENT SCHEDULE

• Monday 11/05 - Friday 15/05 Scaffold install Completed
• Monday 25/05 - Wed 27/05 Cladding removal Completed
• Tuesday 26/05 – fixings, Anticon insulation delivery Completed
• Monday 01/06 - roofing commences
• Monday 01/06 - Material delivery. Completed
 06:00 Traffic management set up and ready to meet Crane
 06:15 Origin Cranes arrive
 06:30 Semi arrives. Unload
 2 X Franna Cranes to transport 3 separate packs of roofing materials.
They will make 3 trips back and forth handing the materials to the
larger Slew crane. We will have staff on site guiding the crane away
from the trees ect. This will take approx. 4hrs
• Monday 01/06 – Tuesday 17/06 – Roofing works In progress
• Thursday 18/06 – Tuesday 30/06 – Cladding install & paint In progress
• Wednesday 01/07 – Tuesday 07/07 – Gutter Install
The works are now expected to be completed by mid-next week. The scaffolding will be removed once the final inspections have been undertaken and any defects or outstanding items have been rectified.

The anticipated date for all works, including the removal of the scaffolding, to be fully completed is 24 July.

This villa offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
