Outdoor Living, Heated Pool & Jacuzzi

The heart of the property is the private heated swimming pool (approx. 4 x 10 m), surrounded by a spacious 100 m² sun deck with loungers and umbrellas. Adjacent to the pool is an outdoor jacuzzi, ideal for evening relaxation by the sea.

A covered terrace with dining area and a traditional Dalmatian fireplace & grill invite long outdoor dinners with family and friends. The 1000 m² beachfront plot also includes a children's playground, making the villa especially suitable for family holidays.

Being located only 15 meters from the sea, guests can easily move between the pool terrace and the beach throughout the day.

Sehr schönes Haus direkt am Meer. Für 11 Personen etwas klein, ist aber OK (entsprechend der Beschreibung). Die Außenanlage und Umgebung ist wirklich sehr schön und ruhig. Sehr nette Gastgeberin!
