Welcome Home is your ultimate private pool and beach retreat on Holden Beach. This beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bath vacation home features an inverted floor plan, placing the living area on the upper level where you can enjoy breathtaking views from the full-length front and back decks—perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Just steps from your private beach access (between 1135 & 1139 OBW), the home combines coastal charm with modern convenience.

Inside, you'll find two master suites and two additional bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dual ovens and two dishwashers, and plenty of space to gather in the living area, complete with a gas fireplace (available Oct–Apr), TVs, ceiling fans, and a queen sleeper sofa. Outside, relax in your private pool (open Apr–Oct), rinse off in the enclosed hot/cold shower, or take in the ocean breeze from the expansive decks.

For weekly rentals, bed linens are provided for bedroom beds, and a Welcome Amenity Bag includes starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit—though guests should plan to bring or purchase additional supplies once the starter items are used. Towels are not included but may be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

Very nice stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Welcome Home very much! The house was clean, bright, spacious and well appointed. The location was perfect and had a beautiful view of the ocean, especially being a second row house. The beach access was so close and no stairs. We appreciated the convenience of the keyless entry. The pool is nice but stayed a bit chilly for our preference. My only suggestion for improvement would be to consider replacing the mattress in the upstairs bedroom or maybe adding a foam topper to increase comfort. It’s certainly not in bad shape, but could have been more comfortable for our taste. We had a great time and would not hesitate to stay here again! Thank you for sharing your nice home.

This is the best and nicest house we’ve stayed in as a family of 4 so far. The reason for 4 stars is because the pool had so much chlorine that we were unable to use it. Otherwise the location, view, cleanliness, overall condition of the house was fantastic!

Holden Beach Get Away

We had a great time at this house and at Holden Beach. My two young children enjoyed the short walk to the beach and playing in the pool. The house is open and comfortable and everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We all enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and small appliances. The pool was very nice and large enough for everyone to enjoy. We all loved the porches and rockers. The area was quiet and peaceful. We would definitely rent this house again!
