The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Turn Things Off: Turn off all lights, fans, and TVs. Ensure firepit is turned off fully. Set AC to 78 or heat to 68.
Trash Day: Trash is picked up Tuesday morning. The cans must be set out (by the mailbox) on Monday or prior to your departure.
Cover the firepit and put away all games in the shed prior to departure. In case of heavy rain, please cover outdoor furniture with chair covers and secure properly. Clean out the grill if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a fantastic weekend with close friends and our kids. There was a possible issue prior to check in and the host was proactive about letting us know. There are more than enough supplies for even a long stay. The yard games were a hit! I am a clean freak and have ZERO items to report. Haha. We visit Holden around 30 days a year and look forward to our next stay!
