At The Holden Hangout, you’re never far from the water, and you’re surrounded by all the little touches that make a vacation feel special. Come for the beach, stay for the vibes, and leave with memories for years to come.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
• Main bedroom: Queen bed; newly remodeled bath with shower/tub combo; private balcony facing the intracoastal
• 2nd bedroom: Twin-over-Full bunk bed plus trundle; cute twin bed sleeping nook; newly remodeled bath with shower; private balcony with swing
• Living room: Full sleeper sofa - Roku TV

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn Things Off: Turn off all lights, fans, and TVs. Ensure firepit is turned off fully. Set AC to 78 or heat to 68.
Trash Day: Trash is picked up Tuesday morning. The cans must be set out on Monday or prior to your departure.
Other: Cover the firepit and put away all games in the shed prior to departure. In case of heavy rain, please bring outdoor furniture cushions inside shed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
