New kid friendly cottage w/pool & PrivateWalk

The cottage is a 2 minute walk from door to toes in the surf, using a private beach just access across the street. This home is very kid friendly with lots of toys and baby/ kid items for young families. It has a wide porch and huge pool deck for relaxing and games

***Pool heating available for an additional charge from late April to October (sometimes November) if overnight temperatures allow. Please message for more details and pricing.



An outdoor shower is available for post-beach wash off. Pool seating, picnic table outdoor dining table are on the pool deck. The pool is cleaned twice a week by our pool company.

There`s seating on a wide front porch for island viewing.

There`s plenty of parking under the house and in the driveway. We provide bikes for getting around the island. A car is needed to drive to restaurants and stores.

Come enjoy Holden Beach`s more private atmosphere. This home is located on the less populated west end where there`s no public parking. Holden Island is quite narrow, so you`ll enjoy views of both the ocean and the inter-coastal waterway.



You will need a car to access stores and restaurants.



We know packing for travel, especially with kids, can be frustrating. We strive to provide as much as we can for our guests. Unlike most beach houses, we provide most personal and household products some of which include: Shampoo, conditioner, kids shampoo, body wash, cleaning products, laundry and dish detergent, paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Holden Beach. Breakfast (surcharge) and laundry facilities are available. The vacation home includes amenities such as free WiFi and a private pool.

Fifth Anniversary Getaway

First time staying at Holden Beach. We couldn’t have pick a better place to stay. The house was very clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The pool was amazing. The location of the private beach access was just across the street and only a short walk. The neighborhood was very quiet. The host also provided beach towels,chairs and a wagon and even bikes with helmets. The host checked in with us to make sure everything was okay and if there was anything that we needed during our stay. We will definitely be going back and booking the house again. Big shout out to the host who thought of everything that a family would need.

Amazing beach house at Holden

We had the best vacation at Holden Beach and this house was simply perfect for our family. The house was welcoming and covered all of our needs. From the sweet welcome basket that Jandy left for us, to the last minute pool heater add-on that she accommodated for us - we were so thankful for such a great place to stay for the week. The proximity to the beach was perfect - a quick walk across the road and down a private boardwalk. The beach access was never crowded, and we met the nicest families while we were there. We are all ready planning on our return next year! Thanks for sharing such a stunning, clean and inviting home.

Great house for families

We had a great time relaxing inside, outside, and at the beach. We spent time at the park on the island, the beach playing in the sand and the whole family had a great time in the pool. We would stay here again. Everything was great.

Absolutely perfect!!!!

Such a beautiful home it was so nice and clean, and the owner had everything you needed she put so much thought into this. She had soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, batteries, spices. Pull-ups for little ones, a crib in the closet, cute thank you gifts for the kiddos, a grill, a beach wagon, She had 4-5 pool floaty , beach shevels. I was super impressed and am beyond happy that we booked with Jandy she is so nice will definitely rent again 😊

Best house on Holden Beach

Beautiful home with perfect layout! Has a pool perfect for when you're not at the beach. 3 sweet hammocks to hang out in, the quiet road has private entrance to beach right across the street which was empty since you're down the island! Beach cart, chairs and toys were provided and my son was over joyed with the toys the house had in the kids room!

Perfect for small families with younger children!

The owner of the property was very accommodating and easy to work with from our initial booking and throughout our stay. The house looked (and smelled!) super clean - and I tend to be picky when it comes to cleanliness! The pool was perfect for our small family. The beach access was an easy walk from the house. It was never overly crowded in the area right off the Sunshine Lane beach access & we found a great spot no matter when we arrived. The water was warm and our girls loved the abundance of seashells! It was SO nice to have soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. available at the house -- that is a first for us and we have rented beach homes for the past 6 years! It was also nice to have use of equipment in the storage shed (pool/beach toys & beach cart). The grocery store was about 15 minutes away and we ended up traveling a bit to go out to eat. However, I highly recommend this property for small families wanting to be close to the beach. Excellent property and easy communication with owner!

Wonderful family getaway

This was a very special trip with my family including my senior parents and my 8 year old son. Everything was super clean and the house layout was fantastic and very roomy. The pool was amazing and we all enjoyed it. We had it heated which im glad we did. The temperature was perfect. Thanks Jandy for recommending the right temperature! It was especially great not having to pack beach chairs, bikes or sand toys. And the beach wagon made the short walk to the beach extra easy. We will definitely try to get back next year. Thanks for a very special stay!

Wonderful property! We'll be back!

This lovely house was absolutely perfect for our recent girls weekend getaway. The house felt so fresh and new and clean, and we loved the charming decor. We also appreciated the fact that the house was so well stocked with all the necessities for daily living. The close proximity and easy access to the beach were a big plus as well. The pool area was lovely and well maintained and we enjoyed congregating there in the evenings. We also enjoyed sitting in the white rockers on the porch and sipping our coffee each morning as we watched the sun rise over the Atlantic. Jandy was super helpful and responsive when we reached out to her with a couple of questions about the house. We would definitely rent this house again; in fact one in our group is already looking to book this property in 2022. Thank you Jandy for a wonderful vacation!
