No Egrets- Great Marsh Views!!

Beautiful panoramic views of the intracoastal waterway. Newly renovated kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. New luxury vinyl plank floor on both first and second levels of the home. New carpet on the stairs. Open floor in living and dining room provide lots of light. All Samsung Televisions are brand new with a 70" in the living room and a 42' in each bedroom. Fiber internet, perfect for guests wanting to work remotely. This home has a sleeper sofa and a twin sleeper chair for sleeping 3 extra people to allow this home to accommodate 9 comfortably (linens are not provided). Private community dock provides access for kayaking, fishing and a scenic walk over the marsh as well as a lookout to watch the sunset. Private beach access is close at the end of the street.

Please be aware that although this is not a pet friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to the property. Guests with animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate home.

Bed linens provided (Beds in bedrooms only) for weekly rentals. No Towels provided can be rented.
