Escape to Seascape! A casually elegant, inverted plan home with the unique advantage of viewing the Atlantic Ocean as well as the Intracoastal Waterway and canal at the same time. Come have coffee on one of the three decks or screened porch, or just watch the dolphins. Netflix and WIFI. Hot/cold outside shower and grill. Beach access across the street located between 883 & 885 OBW.

Bed linens provided (Beds in bedrooms only) for weekly rentals. No Towels provided can be rented.

nice views

House was nice, with views of the ocean, canal and marsh. We were there for Thanksgiving and the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking and eating a big meal. A short walk to the beach and lots of nice walks in the neighborhood to the intracoastal waterway. The biggest issues were that the TV was a bit hard to use and the batteries in one of the remotes died. We enjoyed our stay.

Bring your hiking boots

We always enjoy Holden beach the house was nice very clean and close to beach access but too many steps also odd floor plan I think the front doors in living/kitchen area need blinds
