This inviting 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home has everything you need for an unforgettable stay, including stunning views of the Intracoastal Waterway, a refreshing heated in-ground pool, and a convenient outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Nestled near the serene Intracoastal Waterway, this home captures the essence of island living with beautiful views and soothing ocean breezes from multiple porches. Relax by the heated in-ground pool, available upon request, or unwind after a day of adventures. With ample parking, your stay will be hassle-free.

Inside, the open and airy floor plan ensures comfort and ease for your family. The home features a convenient inverted floor plan: three bedrooms on the second level provide restful retreats, while the upper level boasts a cozy living area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and an additional bedroom for extra comfort.

Just a short .25-mile walk from the family-friendly beach, you'll have easy access to the sun and surf. After a fun day at the shore, rinse off in the outdoor shower for a quick and convenient clean-up.

Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pool heater may be available upon advance request only, with pool heating fee of $400 plus tax paid in advance. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Check-in was easy and the rental company was attentive to our questions, etc. However, the house leaves a lot to be desired. Overall, the house was not very clean and the kitchen was not well stocked if you plan to make meals, etc. Additionally, the microwave oven didn't work at all during our stay. Someone came out, but it was not able to be fixed; it needs to be replaced. IMO, the entire place needs an upgrade. We were told that it is under new ownership and that they plan to do renovations in the off season. I hope so. The stairs inside the house go from ground level to the 3rd floor. I've never seen anything like it. It is very dangerous, especially for little kids and elderly. Definitely something to consider. The location was really good, but given the condition of the house and the staircase, we would not rent here again nor would we recommend it to others.
