Situated on the first floor, the unit features two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom includes a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom also offers a comfortable queen-size bed with a twin trundle underneath—perfect for families or groups. An additional sleeper sofa is located in the living room.

~~Motorcycles and trailers are not permitted on the grounds~~

The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.

House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.
