The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home! This charming apartment, located on the second floor, offers a comfortable and stylish retreat. The spacious primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The living room provides additional sleeping space with a queen-size sleeper sofa, complete with a premium mattress. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Step out onto the patio, accessible from the living room, and enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks in a relaxing setting. This apartment is perfect for couples or small families.



Guest Access:

The guest has access to the entire apartment. Entry is on a keypad lock and the code is provided 48 hours prior to check in.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the highly sought after Deerfield community of Surfside, this condo is about 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access. Deerfield is perfectly positioned between Hwy 17 Bypass and Hwy 17 Business with 4 grocery stores within 2 miles of the location as well as plenty of delicious dining options.



Getting Around:

Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, but a car is recommended. Uber is available in the area, but can be limited at times. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.



To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes. For your safety, the link to the portal is sent directly through the platform’s message thread.
