In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Steep, narrow motor access to the house, except in winter 50 m (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at 50 m communal covered parking at 50 m. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "Parsonz" 2 km, indoor swimming pool 7 km, bathing lake 7 km. Ski lift, chair lift, gondola lift, skisport facilities, slopes, ski school, sled run 100 m, ice rink 7 km, children's playground 7 km.
