In the house: central heating system. Steep, narrow motor access to the house, except in winter 50 m (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at 50 m communal covered parking at 50 m. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 1.9 km, bus stop "Parsonz" 2 km, indoor swimming pool 7 km, bathing lake 7 km.
