Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, adjoining a disused stone building, the cottage offers a large garden with garden furniture, sun loungers, and private parking. On the ground floor, you will find an open-plan living area comprising a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge. There is access to a veranda for a second living area overlooking the garden. A shower room, a laundry room, and a separate WC are also located on this floor. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, with two queen-size beds (160x200cm) and one single bed (90x190cm). A shower room with WC completes this level.
