Cocoonr agency offers this charming 180 m² house for rent in Surzur, 1 minute from the beaches of the Rhuys peninsula. It can accommodate up to 10 travelers. You'll enjoy a 5200m² enclosed garden with fruit trees.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 52 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite bathroom
- Bedroom 2 with sofa-bed
- separate toilet
First floor:
- Bedroom 3 with double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 4 with 2 bunk bed
- Bedroom 5 with 1 double bed and 2 single beds
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, ironing board and iron.
Exterior :
- A beautiful 5,200 m² garden + terrace to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Surzur, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Vannes 15 min by car
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique 1h30
