5 bd 2.5 bath home perfect for large gatherings, ski trips, family getaways, or peaceful mountain retreats. Sit out on the deck surrounded by beautiful pine trees with a cup of coffee from our fully stocked coffee bar. In the evening, have s'mores around the fire pit under the stars.
Located 5 minutes from town, 25 minutes from Eagle lake and 40 minutes from Lake Almanor. Stay a week-10% discount, a month-20% discount.


The space
A peaceful retreat for extended families or multiple families. Here you can enjoy hiking, swimming and fishing at the nearby lakes and in the winter enjoy Coppervale Ski Hill a 15 minute drive away.

This house offers plenty of room with 5 bedrooms. There are enough beds to sleep 12 people. There are also two mattresses under the bunk bed that you can pull out and use.

*Upstairs Master bedroom-King bed, one side the head and feet raise and a bunk bed.
*Upstairs bedroom-Full Bed
*Upstairs kids bedroom- Trundle bed that has two twin mattresses.

Washer, Dryer and detergent for your use.

Enjoy coffee or a great family breakfast on the two decks in the back of the house. Surrounded by beautiful trees. You might see squirrels, deer and lots of birds.

We have a coffee bar featuring, Regular coffee, decaf coffee, tea, hot cocoa, sugar packets, and creamers.

The house is on 2.5 acres giving you plenty of room for children to run and play.

Home has a big kitchen with most appliances you need for cooking. Just bring the food you want.

Bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and body you are welcome to use.

The deck has a fire pit and a BBQ. there may be propane left in the tank if not go to town and have it filled for your stay.. Bring Charcoa, lighter fluid and a lighterl for the BBQ.

Every bedroom has a TV and Roku where you can watch Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, Peacock and Amazon Prime. We do not have any other TV service.

DISCLAIMER: in the summer it is hot in the house. we have air conditioners in three of the five rooms and a big swamp cooler in the kitchen. we are looking into getting an air conditioner for the whole house.

Guest access
Enjoy using the whole house and a garage. There may be a few closets/cabinets that are locked for owner use only.

We are so excited to have you at our place and hope you have an absolute blast. While you are here we provide lots of things but if you run out you will need to go to town and get what you need. if it is a short stay you probably won't run out of anything. if there are extra supplies please only use what you need and do not take extra home. We stayed here as a large extended family for a wedding (including with the bride and groom!). The space was perfect for baking a wedding cake, putting together last minute centerpieces, sleeping the while family AND entertaining a near-2-yr old! The space was very child safe as well! Sarah was very responsive to any issues and a delight to talk with. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a getaway oasis for a large family!

Perfect family vacation home

We absolutely loved this home that was perfect for our visit with extended family in Susanville. It was in a beautiful and peaceful setting but only 5 minutes from town. The house was plenty spacious enough for the number of people it slept; there were a lot of different spaces to be in. It was clean but not so new and fancy that it was intimidating, so we felt comfortable there. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was large and incredibly well-stocked with all the essentials, plus just about every small appliance you can imagine, even a cotton candy maker and 2 popcorn makers! We had a great time and hope to find a reason to stay again!

Great location

We stayed at this property with friends and family for a wedding in Susanville. It is close to anything in Susanville, but out of town just enough to enjoy the woods and wildlife. It is accurately represented with the photos. The kitchen is well stocked. The communication and response from the owners was fantastic.
