Welcome to Riverside Manor, a stunning 4 bedroom, three-bathroom, double-storey waterfront retreat nestled in the heart of Sussex Inlet, NSW. Perfect for families, this expansive holiday home offers the ultimate balance of relaxation, entertainment, and breathtaking water views.

Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels ARE supplied at this property.
- Aircon and Wifi are available.
- Strictly NO Parties OR Events – family bookings only
- No Garage Access (3 Spaces for cars/boat or jetski + street parking)
- No Pets allowed.
- No Slipway Access (local boat ramp is minutes from the house)

As you enter, a spacious foyer-style entrance welcomes you, leading into the first bedroom or lounge room. The lounge boasts a large leather lounge, Smart TV with Foxtel, and a Nintendo Switch, ensuring entertainment for all ages. An adjoining dining area seamlessly connects to this space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Further along, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen that opens into the second living and dining area, both offering panoramic views of the tranquil water canals.

The upper level is dedicated to rest and relaxation, featuring the remaining 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of the bathrooms include bathtubs, plus there is an additional separate toilet. The large open area is thoughtfully set up for children, complete with expansive water views, making it a perfect retreat for the little ones.
Each bedroom is fitted with quality linen and towels for added convenience. The home is also fully ducted air-conditioned with ceiling fans in most rooms, ensuring comfort throughout your stay.

The downstairs outdoor area is designed for families and social gatherings. It features a large outdoor dining table, bar tables, and sun lounges, creating the perfect space to share meals and unwind while taking in the scenic water views. Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
