This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom coastal retreat sleeps up to 6 guests and is perfect for families, couples, or friends seeking a peaceful getaway with modern comforts and breathtaking views.
Things to note about the property:
- The Pool is not available.
- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Security Camera's installed (facing driveway and Pool)
- Garage Access is not Available (1 Space for a small car/boat or jetski)
- The fireplace is out of order
- No Pets allowed
- No Slipway Access (local boat ramp is minutes from the house)
As you enter the home, you’re greeted into an entry area styled with coastal décor and wooden furniture, setting the tone for a relaxed seaside experience. The hallway leads to the three bedrooms, each with built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans for added comfort. One bedroom features access to a private covered patio, complete with a small table and chairs—an ideal spot for some down time.
The bathrooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed. One bathroom features a bathtub under a cedar ceiling void with a skylight, creating a serene, spa-like ambiance. Both bathrooms are conveniently located at either end of the hallway.
The heart of the home is the open-plan living area, where you’ll find a modern kitchen, dining area, and lounge room, all designed to take advantage of the stunning river views. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, a large island bench, and plenty of space for preparing meals.
The dining area seats six and is complemented by two cozy sitting areas with soft cushions, perfect for reading or relaxing. The lounge room boasts a large leather corner lounge, a smart TV, and panoramic river views, with direct access to the covered patio.
Step outside to the expansive covered patio, a perfect space for family gatherings or quiet afternoons by the water. Featuring ample seating, an outdoor dining setting, and relaxing lounges, it’s the ultimate spot to enjoy the serene surroundings. A deck leads you to a hidden deck area and down to the backyard, which is spacious, child-friendly, and fully fenced along the water’s edge.
The property also features a private jetty, perfect for fishing, swimming, or mooring your boat. There’s even an outdoor sink for cleaning your fresh catch. At low tide, a small beach appears along the fence edge, adding a touch of magic to your waterfront escape.
Located along the main street of Sussex Inlet, Serenity Now @ Sussex is just a short bike ride from local cafes, bakeries, and general stores. The local surf beach is a 5-minute drive away, while the tranquil Berrara Beach and Lagoon are only 10 minutes away. Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
