Welcome to Serenity Waters, a stunning waterfront escape nestled in the heart of Sussex Inlet on the NSW South Coast. This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and is designed to bring family and friends together in style and comfort.
Things to note about the property:
- King Sheets are supplied at this property but, towels and all other sheets are not (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon and Wi-Fi are available.
- No Garage Access (2 Spaces in driveway & street parking available)
- No Pets allowed
- No Smoking
- No Slipway Access (local boat ramp is minutes from the house).
From the moment you step inside, you’re welcomed into a cozy front living area complete with a lounge and TV — the perfect retreat for children to relax and enjoy their favourite movies. Nearby, the master bedroom offers a private sanctuary with its own ensuite bathroom, featuring a shower and toilet.
Wander further into the home and be captivated by the expansive open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area. With large windows showcasing breathtaking water views, this light-filled space is the true heart of the home. The modern kitchen is a dream for entertainers, boasting quality appliances, generous bench space, and ample storage.
Tucked away off the kitchen is a private bedroom wing, where you’ll find the three additional bedrooms and the main bathroom, complete with both a bathtub and a shower — ideal for families of all ages.
What truly sets Serenity Waters apart is its exceptional indoor-outdoor lifestyle. With two main entrances and a flowing layout, the outdoors feels like an extension of the home. Choose from three separate outdoor seating areas, enjoy alfresco meals in the BBQ and pizza oven area, or simply soak in the peace of the natural surroundings.
Step out onto your private jetty to fish, swim, launch a kayak, or moor your boat — it’s all right at your doorstep. The boat ramp is just 400 metres away, and local shops and cafes are a leisurely 10-minute walk from the property.
Whether you're seeking adventure on the water or lazy afternoons soaking up the sun, Serenity Waters offers the perfect blend of coastal charm, comfort, and convenience.
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
