Welcome to The Beach Bach, a charming 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom holiday home set on a spacious block in the heart of the South Coast, New South Wales. Perfect for families or small groups, this property combines modern coastal style with comfort and convenience, offering the ideal setting for a relaxed getaway.

No Garage Access (Plenty of secured parking and street parking)
No smoking inside the house
As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by bright and airy open-plan living areas, designed with a modern coastal aesthetic. The lounge room is the perfect spot to unwind, featuring a plush lounge and two cozy bean bags, ideal for watching movies or sports on the large smart TV. The adjoining kitchen boasts expansive bench space and modern appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. The dining area, located just off the kitchen, comfortably seats up to six people, creating a welcoming space for shared meals. For year-round comfort, the open-plan area is equipped with a split system air conditioner for both cooling and heating.
A hallway off the kitchen leads to the three bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with plush cushions and stylish bedspreads, and all include ceiling fans for added cooling on warmer nights. The main bathroom features a shower and toilet, while the laundry offers a washing machine and the convenience of a separate second toilet.
The property seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. Step outside from either the laundry or the third bedroom onto the covered back deck, where you’ll find an outdoor dining area perfect for enjoying meals in any weather. Adjacent to the deck is a large concrete slab, providing ample space to securely park your boats or cars. For added peace of mind, the driveway features an electronic gate for extra security
The Beach Bach is perfectly positioned for those who love the water. The local surf beach is just a 1-minute drive away, offering endless opportunities for swimming, surfing, and beachcombing. The nearby boat ramp and waterways are also just a step away, making this property an ideal base for boating, fishing, or exploring the South Coast’s stunning scenery. Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
