Welcome to Waterfront on Cater, a peaceful escape located directly on the serene waterways of Sussex Inlet, where water adventures and family memories await. This spacious, well-equipped holiday home is perfect for families of up to 8 guests, offering comfort, entertainment, and unbeatable water views.

Step inside and you’re welcomed by a cozy lounge area featuring TV entertainment and a retro arcade game — a fun space for the kids (and grown-ups!) to enjoy. There’s also a great selection of movies for the kids to keep them entertained rain or shine.
Just beyond is a downstairs bedroom, fitted with a double bed and bunk beds, along with its own TV and drawer storage — ideal for a kids' zone or shared sleeping space. Across the hall is the combined laundry and bathroom, with a shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer, offering convenience for days spent in and out of the backyard or off the boat.

Climb the stairs and be greeted by panoramic views of the water and a light-filled open-plan living area. The modern kitchen is stocked with everything you need and offers ample bench space for meal prep, drinks, and entertaining. It flows seamlessly into the dining area, where you can enjoy meals with a view.

Unwind in the inviting upstairs lounge, complete with a large TV, Wi-Fi, and a wood fireplace — perfect for cozy winter evenings after a day exploring the inlet.

Upstairs also hosts two more comfortable bedrooms, including the master bedroom with a Queen bed and tranquil river views — a perfect place to relax with a book or simply watch the boats pass by. A second bathroom with shower and toilet completes the upper level.

The heart of Waterfront on Cater is the stunning backyard. Spend your days swimming, fishing, kayaking, or launching your boat straight from the private jetty. Moor your boat right at your doorstep and enjoy stress-free access to the water.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
