The services are good but the rooms could be updated and aircon is too weak plus they need a pest control system. Always cockroach smell around the cupboards. Other than that it’s a nice cosy hotel with friendly staff and owner. I also stayed jn the upper level house and it was impeccable. A home like environment.

The rooms and bathroom were not clean. Bathroom had mould . Bedding had insects / bugs crawling. Kitchen was dirty and unclean. Don’t recommend the breakfast , it’s not good.

I love its unique boutique style and it’s very homely and friendly. There is a family affair going on here with the staff and management. The ambience is great. Also the staff wash your clothes which is a bonus. The facilities are outdated but neat and tidy. I’ll return.

Disgusting!!!! Place to stay the place was absolutely filthy mould on walls the bed are full of mould bed bugs, after the fact I couldn’t even get a refund and I only stay there 1 day out of the 8 days I ended up leaving to stay in another hotel. Very disappointing!!!

The property needs maintenance. Located in the midst of a dumping ground hidden behind other buildings. No security. Parking isolated and difficult to maneuver. Bathroom floor leaking. No pots, microwave not working. Loud air-conditioning. Overall felt like a lived in dirty apartment. But the staff were very kind and corteous.

Not as advertised, did not get the suite we paid for, the other suite they gave us was not upto the cleaning standard. It was my first and last to stay on a place like this. Had to wait at the reception for 45 minutes before they found a room for us. We never stay at places like this, this was a one off and never again, we rather stay at a recognized hotel. The staff later on tried to be nice but it was too late for that.
