Everything about this hotel was horrible. No clean towels or rag No room service Office people was horrible. Had to wait 30 minutes to check in became nobody was in the office. Room Nasty. Air conditioner was gross. I can go on and on.

Impresionante lo malo de este hotel NO arreglar las habitaciones NO cambien las toallas NO colocan shampoo, ni jabón de baño Sólo por las condiciones en que está la piscina, que es un estanque de agua podrida, un cultivo de zancudos que deben representar un gran peligro para todos los huéspedes deberían de cerrarlo, es una gran irresponsabilidad, quién sabe cuántos años tienen con la Piscina como criadero de zancudos!!! Comer agua totalmente negra en sus mejores partes verdes

Arrived to check in,was unaware of the 50$ deposit thats not listed anywhere on the website so i wasnt planning for that. When i did get to my room the sheets had bugs in them,when i brought it up to the guy at the counter he seemed like he could care less saying i was freaked out by the bugs in the bed when i was more disgusted and pissed off that he didnt really care even after i showed him the pictures of the bugs i found ( which i still.have on my phone). I asked him for a different room because of the amount of bugs or at least some new sheets and he had an attitude about it,being that you work in a customer service industry you would think you would like to know when theres bugs where your guest is supposed to sleep. He ended up calling the house keeper and told me i better hurry up and bring my sheets and pillow cases to the laundry room. I got my sheets and pillow cases and brought them to the laundry room where the lady was waiting for me. I showed her the sheets that the bugs were still clinging too and she looked grossed out and was very nice and apologetic and got me new bedding right away. She was very curtious and was more than happy to help,but the guy at the front desk was not caring at all. You get what you pay for so dont go cheap.

Never Again!

It was mold every where that was my biggest problem so much mold on the lamps! The room looked nothing like the picture.The room smelled so old and the sheets were rinkled.Never staying at this location again.Im also upset because I waisted my earned reward points on this trip.

Room smelled musky. Towels smelled luke cooking oil. AC worked great. Shower was definitely not eco friendly, but also my favorite heavy flow to get all the shampoo and conditioner out in no time.

Facility and room were surprisingly clean. Staff were pleasant and easy to deal with. The clientele staying in hotel were the only problem. Typical shady characters that you expect in a 65 dollar room. Otherwise I was happy with how clean the room was during my stay.

Staff is good.. that’s it!

Every place in the property requires cleaning. Pieces of trash everywhere when I checked in and out, same trash. I’m flight crew and needed to rest off the road. I did manage to get rest. Killed one roach, that I watched come in from the door, from the outside. Everything needs renovation here. But if you need a quick rest spot not bad for the money but you’ll get what you pay for. Staff is nice!
