The staff went above and beyond help me from getting my taxis, explaining the subway system, having creamer brought to my room for my coffee, taking a photo of me, printing my boarding passes, writing my name in Korean, to cutting the tags of my clothes. The breakfast was amazing, too.

The pool is very intimate and friendly staffs.easy to navigate around the city. Lots of good restaurants around and their own breakfast buffet is awesome. Staffs are very attentive.
