Improvements needed

The hotel staffs are very nice. However, there was no cleaning done in the toilet and shower rooms when I checked in. I also found mold around the basin, which drove us to check out earlier. The breakfast was good, but there are not much fresh vegetables and fruits.

I stayed in penthouse A on the 11th floor. It was beautiful and spacious. There was a private hot tub on the private outdoor patio. It was clean and modern. I’d definitely recommend the penthouse and will be back!

Well located , good staff, building heating system doesn't work well at the corner rooms. My room was at the corner and I was feeling cold on the first night, after I complained... the staff provided the stand alone heater.

Business trip to Dongton

Week long visit to the area for a business trip. Located near by Dongtan central area. The area around the hotel was quite packed with traffic in the morning and evenings, otherwise OK. Kind of hard to access the hotel with a car due to traffic.

Amazing time!

I was really surprised by the design of the room. The bath tub is amazing and the bed is very comfortable ! Cant wait to stay here again!

The hotel staff were great. Breakfast was great and the shuttle service was excellent. Bring your own lighting however because the room was dark, with all the lights on. It's supposed to have an artsy feel I suppose, but I notice streaks, likely because the cleaning service can't see in the darkness. The towels smelled funny, like petroleum chemicals. I wish the rooms were better because the staff was very helpful.
