Would never stay at Nine Tree again. I had to request a room change as soon as I arrived due to an extremely strong sewage/sewer gas smell that filled the entire room (it was so strong, as soon as you opened the door). Found that it was coming from the washroom's drain pipes. Room change was seamless, however the new room smelled musty/sweaty - best description would be mixed between mild BO, wood, and sweat (but at least it wasnt sewer). Was bearable but you would expect a fresh clean smelling room from this establishment, considering it's Parnas brand. Tried the gym but was small, and not well kept - sweat stains from use, because there were no wipes or cleaning aids for guests to wipe with before/after use. And after each room service, the washroom smelled like rags that they wiped with weren't sanitized enough. Took hours for that smell to go away each time. There are no place to hang towels *anywhere*. The only rail is on the wall out of reach from the shower, so you'd have to place your new towels on the vanity top that was unsanitarily wiped. The initial room that smelled had windows so you could air it out - the second room had no windows at all. Cut the stay short due to the hotel falling short on cleanliness and convenience, but trying to get a refund or credit was worse than their cleanliness standards. We stayed at Parnas Jeju (which was absolutely amazing), hence we decided to try this hotel as it was "by Parnas" but failed .

Great hotel for families, their pool is different from other Korean Hotels where adults mostly swim laps. They actually have a kid friendly dedicated pool. Mall located below hotel with different places to eat. few kids places to visit play and spend time. Also a 24/7 convenience store which when closed, you need a korean check card (debit card) to access the store scan items yourself and pay.

My family and I stayed here for four nights and staying here was a really great decision. The bus to the train station was just up the street, the amount of places to eat was really convenient and the kids area was the cherry on top! Definitely recommend this hotel!
