In the heart of the charming village of Suze-la-Rousse, this village house offers you a privileged location allowing total immersion in local life, with shops accessible on foot in less than 2 minutes. An unobstructed view of the famous Château, home to the Wine University, adds a historical touch to your stay.



The garden, carefully landscaped, offers various relaxation spaces, from small garden lounges to perfect corners for reading and sunbathing. The 3.5m x 6.5m swimming pool is secured by an immersed alarm. A terrace shaded by a plane tree mulberry provides an idyllic setting for meals with family or friends.



On the garden level, a fully equipped kitchen opens onto a dining room, followed by a tastefully decorated, air-conditioned living room. Light tones and a bay window illuminate the living space.

At the back, a bathroom with a bathtub and independent toilets add to the comfort.



Upstairs, a converted landing area creates a lounge corner that invites relaxation. Three bedrooms, all facing south, offer a peaceful resting space:

We hebben een aangenaam verblijf gehad in la Verdière, een gezellig huis met aantrekkelijk interieur, goede ligging voor excursies in de streek (Drome/Vaucluse). Verwarmd zwembad zou fijn zijn. Laura was steeds bereikbaar om enkele kleine probleempjes op te lossen. Een aanrader als verblijf

Cadre et maison très agréable

Le village est très sympa et à proximité d'une multitude de visites. Les repas le soir sous le murier platane étaient tout à fait charmants et la maison est décorée avec goût. Très chouette expérience, je recommande. marie

Charmante maison de vacances

Très agréable séjour dans cette jolie maison de ville. Décoration soignée, équipement complet et confortable. La cour, bien ombragée permet de prendre les repas au calme, non loin de la petite piscine. Nous recommandons vivement.
