4 residential units, each one with a porch facing the lake.
A large area of cut green grass, perfect for a barbecue (available on site), football and a Trampoline for children, Table Tennis, 2 boats and a canoe for three persons for your enjoyment!

The house is about 71 m² in size and has:
1 Double bedroom.
2 single beds bedroom.
A 140 cm sofa bed in the living room.
The kitchen, dining room and living room are all in one open space which is facing the lake. The living room has a fireplace, a flat-screen satellite TV, CD player with Bluetooth.
The bathroom has a nice shower cabinet and a washing machine.
We offer a free parking spot for each house (2 cars max can park beside each house).

Just on the lake shore with a very large grass area around, lots of fish in the lake for fishing lovers, ramp for the boats and for sunbathing or swimming. Each house has his own picnic wooden table in front of it.
Very nice and peaceful area for walking and enjoying the forest.
The closest village to Svärdsjö where you can shop and dine is about 13 km far.

The lake is beautiful and breathtaking when it is calm but might be wavy and dangerous if the weather is windy and rainy. The water is deep and the current might be strong in the middle of it.
Do not walk on the icy lake at winter time if you are not sure about its safety.
