Very beautiful, luxurious villa "Ollea", 3 storeys. In the hamlet Radovići 10 km from the centre of Labin, 15 km from the centre of Rabac, 15 km from the sea. Private: property 900 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, hot tub, table tennis, barbecue (slide, swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna, table football, washing machine, tumble dryer. Roofed, parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop "Labin" 10 km, pebble beach 15 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
