Villa Aurelia, situated in the picturesque Istrian village Kunj, is an idyllic three-bedroom family retreat with amazing panoramic views on greenery and mountain Učka, located only 15 minutes drive from the most beautiful beaches in Istria.
The 145m2 large indoor area of Villa Aurelia can accommodate 6 guests in three classic-style bedrooms on the 1st floor of the villa. Bedrooms are furnished with a double beds, and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom with a shower and other bathroom necessities, as well as their own air-conditioning system. The ground floor of Villa Aurelia consists of one large open space with a kitchen, dining room area and living room area, as well as a separate toilette. Kitchen is equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils for the preparation of delicious meals, which can be enjoyed in the gorgeous dining room area for 6 people. The living room is furnished with a large comfortable couch, satellite TV, creating the perfect entertainment space for the whole family.
The large outdoor area with olive trees features a stunning private outdoor swimming pool with internal steps, surrounded by sunbeds and parasols. From the swimming pool, guests will have a breath-taking view of the surrounding area of greenery and clear sky. Furthermore, the terrace has an outdoor dining area with a barbecue for those who enjoy eating on fresh air. All our guests will have access to a basketball/volleyball court, mini golf, table tennis and the youngest can play in the tree house or playground which is also used by the 2 villas in the neighborhood.

Grundsätzlich ein schönes Haus. Leider war es nicht so sauber wie ich es erwartet habe (v.a. in der Küche). Man fährt ca.25 Minuten zum Strand nach Rabac, was in Ordnung ist.Check in und Check out sehr unkompliziert.Die Kommunikation war gut, schnell und freundlich.
