Villa Treori is an authentic renovated holiday home with a pool for 8 persons near St. Lovrec, 15 km from Porec and the beach, with Limski kanal only 8 km away. The house is located on a fully fenced yard with a total area of ​​700m2 with a well-kept lawn and flowers, a 40m2 saltwater pool and deckchairs. Next to the pool is a nice covered terrace with a large table and barbecue, while several parking spaces are provided in the yard. The house is located next to a large olive grove and greenery and offers its guests complete privacy. This beautiful house was built way back in 1898, and during the renovation in 2023, the traditional Istrian architecture was kept, and it was equipped with modern furniture.
Villa Treori for 8 persons, covers a total of 240m2 living space,spreading on three floors and is ideal for larger families. On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious living space with a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with access to the gallery.
