Villa Mara is located in Perini, not far from Sveti Lovreč. This stone villa combines traditional elements with modern functionality and offers you excellent accommodation for a truly relaxing vacation. The villa's many amenities offer each guest the opportunity to choose how they want to enjoy themselves, whether it's in the outdoor pool, on deck chairs on the terrace, or playing table football or badminton. The villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people, and you can also bring your pet.



Upon entering the villa, you will find an open and bright space decorated with traditional elements. The living room has a large sofa facing the fireplace and TV, making it the perfect place to spend some time with the whole group. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare meals on vacation. Next to the kitchen is a dining table, which is large enough for your entire group. A high chair is available if you are traveling with babies.



Villa Mara has 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one of which is on the ground floor and has access to a balcony. The other two bedrooms are on the 1st floor and one of them has access to a spacious balcony overlooking the garden and pool. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a TV, and there is also a cot in the bedroom on the ground floor. The ensuite bathrooms are spacious and include toiletries. One bathroom has a bathtub and the other two have showers, so guests can choose what suits them best. The villa also has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.



The grounds of the villa cover an area of 1100m² and offer many amenities for outdoor enjoyment. The pool is 1.4 meters deep and is surrounded by deck chairs, making it an ideal place to relax in the shade or to sunbathe. The covered patio is perfect for group meals and socializing, and there is also a wood-fired grill. For those wishing to get active, you can play table football on the terrace or spend some time on the badminton court. The garden also has a trampoline for children.



There are a number of interesting places in Istria that are worth a visit within just a short drive from the villa. In addition to the medieval fortified town of Sveti Lovreč, you can also visit the ruins of the medieval town Dvigrad. Not far from the villa you can enjoy the panoramic view of the Lim Bay or go in the other direction to visit Poreč. This city is great for history and art enthusiasts and has many beaches, so you will easily choose one that suits you best, whether you are traveling with a group of friends or with family.
