This beautiful villa is situated in the heart of Istria, in the little village Butkovici. It has 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. From two of the bedrooms you have an amazing view of the swimming pool, and from the third one you are looking at the olive tree plantation. In the villa there is an open concept kitchen, dinning room and living room. In the whole house you have Wi-Fi, and surely someone will enjoy the PlayStation 4 in the living room or watching Netflix. On the other end of the villa there is a huge playroom with all kinds of board games for kids to play indoors or if they prefer the outdoor recreation villa also has two outdoor children's playground, as well as the two tennis courts and half-basketball court which are shared with three other houses nearby owned by the same owner. At your disposal you also have bikes to explore the countryside as well as bocce and table tennis court and your own jacuzzi. You can eat and barbecue outside or just enjoy lying in the sun and swimming in 50 m2 swimming pool. Whatever you will do, you, your family and friends will certainly enjoy this villa.

close to the road, bot does not bother as the traffic is scarce.
Pool GOOD for swimming (laps), For fun too. 24 + centigrades ( pool is heated ). We played tennis and basketball ( one tennis court is in excellent state, second with lights, but didnt use the latter. The owner helped with the breakfast through finding the ladies eager to prepare it for us. We paid of course but it was excellent choice. Weather good and very good. Just COME
