The admirable stone construction of this special holiday home with pool offers you the opportunity to experience a pleasant summer holiday and the typical Istrian style at the same time. The round-shaped stone house is known locally as Kaun and extends over two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with kitchen and dining area, while the bedrooms are on the upper floor. The attractive interior fireplace makes the stone field house really cosy. There is a swimming pool with sun terrace and a covered terrace with barbecue on the property, which is fenced in by a dry stone wall.

Wir hatten 2 erholsame Wochen.Ein schönes, sauberes rundes :) Haus was größer war als gedacht. Sehr lieber Empfang mit Obstkorb und Getränken war sehr überraschend und haben uns riesig darüber gefreut!Wenn man seine Ruhe vom Alltag haben möchte ist man hier genau richtig. Toller, sauberer Pool der 2 x in der Woche gecheckt wird. Kleine Schalfzimmer, aber man ist ja nur zum schlafen hier. Küche hatte alles was man braucht.. und es geht auch mal ohne Spühlmaschine. Klimaanlage und Netze gegen Mücken sind vorhanden. Die Sitzbank draußen haben wir auch voll ausgenutzt ein schöner Platz zum Essen. Wir würden es wieder buchen!

Super netter Empfang! Frisches Obst und Getränke 👍 Lage war super ruhig, Pool schön groß, Ausstattung müsste hier und da erneuert werden. Nicht für große Leute geeignet, im oberen Bereich stoßt man sich im Bad den Kopf und auch im Schlafzimmer. Leider hat die Klimaanlage es nicht geschafft bis in die oberen Zimmer zu kühlen. Man konnte Nachts nicht schlafen ( locker 30 grad ) Allerdings war die Eigentümerin sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar um Probleme zu beheben. Sie organisierte 3 Ventilator. Was es ein wenig erträglicher machte. Im großen und ganzen war es sehr schön! Wer Ruhe sucht , ist da richtig 👍

Das Objekt ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. In den oberen Schlafräumen ist es nur sehr heiss da die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer ist. Sehr schöner Urlaub.
