Villa Vitis Vitae is a beautiful 2 bed room villa , built in 2019, with love, big care about details and very high standard of finishing.
It's located at the edge of a small village Pusti, just 1 km away from picturesque medieval town of Svetvinčenat and offers a quiet and luxury getaway in nature and rural peace from busy way of life, for 4+2 persons.
This lovely one stay home is consisting of a stylish and extremly comfortable open plan living area, dining area and fully-equipped Dieter Knoll kitchen.
There is direct wiew and access to the swimming pool and huge garden , where the whole family can spend time relaxing or playing in kids playground and trampoline.
Villa has 2 sleeping rooms with 2 private bathrooms, and 1 bathroom separatly.
The whole area is completley sorrounded with the fence and one line of vine, perfect adappted for families.
Line of vine has additional rolling fence, due to pets can not go threw.

In case you are a fan of an active vacation in the nature, this villa is a good starting point for bike routs and quiet pathways are ideal for jogging or long walks.
Further more, this villa is a good start point to go to the beautiful Adriatic sea beaches-Bale, Barbariga, Cisterna ( about 20 min driving ), and famous destinations as Rovinj, Poreč, Pula , Rabac, National Park Brijuni, Water park Istralandia , or Glavani adrenaline park in Barban.
For kids very interesting is playing like medieval kids in Castle St.Michael in Rapanji, just 2 km far away from villa.

Perfection in Pusti :)

We had a wonderful week in Marica's villa. The whole property is finished and furnished to an incredibly high standard. The rooms are large and airy, beds are extremely comfortable and there is so much storage! The bathrooms are so luxurious, it feels like living in a top end hotel! The kitchen is beautiful and comes equipped with everything you need to cook for yourself. The gardens are huge and the pool is stunning, super clean and was a great size for our kids. Although the villa is open plan there are plenty of separate areas to relax and chill out. It's a short drive to lots of lovely beaches and towns (we loved Rovinj in particular), but the highlight for us was the villa's proximity to Svetvincenat, which is a ten minute walk up the road. The town is beautiful, like stepping back in time. It has some lovely restaurants and bars and the castle is fantastic - our two boys age 10 and 13 loved the virtual reality installations and the medieval show on Weds evenings was extraordinary! Marica and her family were so friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to help and offer advice, we had a wonderful week and hope to come back one day!

Fantastic & luxurious villa

We experienced a fantastic stay in this brandnew villa. It started immediately upon arrival. The owners mauro & marica gave us a very warm welcome and made us feel at home immediately. They are so friendly and such nice people and are more than willing to assist you with tips to make your stay even better. The villa is brandnew and has a very high standard of finishing. This place is a very quite , well equiped, fenced (privacy guaranteed) and we could finaly relax. Our kids used the swimming pool all day and if they were not in the pool they were using the playground, trampoline, playing soccer or other games in the huge garden. This villa is the place to be in svetvincenat! It is in the middle of Istria and is a very good starting point to visit the beaches, places such as rovinj and pula, restaurants , small supermarkets 1km away etc. Thanks mauro & marica for having us and taking such good care of us!

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene plus Hund und wurden herzlich empfangen. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sogar persönlich Crêpes gemacht, ein toller Start in den Urlaub!Die Villa ist sehr sauber, modern ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz sowie eine große Gartenfläche, perfekt auch für unseren Hund. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch gut erreichbar.Alles war rundum perfekt. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

Schöner Urlaub und sehr schöner Villa

Super tolles Ferienhaus, die Zimmer sehr großzügig gestaltet. Sauberkeit 1 plus. Die komplette Villa ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Traumhafte Villa

Ruhe, Entspannung und viel Platz

1. Begrüßung: Wir wurden sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen. Der Empfang war sogar herzlich mit Apfelstrudel von Oma, einem Obstkorb und einer Flasche Wein nach Wahl. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und über WhatsApp auch sehr einfach zu erreichen.. 2. Außenanlage: Der Pool, der Garten und alles drumherum ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Gerade für Familien super geeignet, da alles eingezäunt ist. 3. Das Haus und die Ausstattung: Alles tipptopp sauber. Bequeme Betten. 3 Duschen/WCs. Gut ausgestattete Küche. 3 Fernseher. Klimaanlage, Internet usw. alles ist da. Der große Gasgrill ist sauber und alles wirkt neu. Alles ist eingezäunt und so mit für Familien mit Hund bestens geeignet. 4. Umgebung: In der Nähe gibt es Restaurants und 2 Lebensmittelgeschäfte für das Nötigste. Die Gegend ist ruhig und entspannend, abseits der Touristenströme. Fazit: Tolles Haus, freundliche Vermieter und viel Platz für die ganze Familie. Wer Ruhe, Erholung und Entspannung sucht, wird hier fündig.

Sehr erhoösame Woche in absolut ruhiger Umgebung

Es war einernder besten Urlaube und nach unserem Berufsstress der letzten Wochen genau dasnrichtige Objekt. Sehr große Zimmer, tolle Bäder, klasse Matratzen, traumhafte Küche. Unsere beiden Hunde genossen wie wir den riesigen umfriedeten Garten. Der Pool war sauber und wurde einmal zwischendurch gereinigt. Atemberaubender Urlaub in traumhafter Immobilie

Unser 3 wöchiger Urlaub in der Villa hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Vermieter (Marica und Mauro) sind die besten Vermieter die man sich nur wünschen kann. Sehr hilfsbereit, umgänglich und herzliche Personen. Der Pool und die Gartenanlage wurden während unserem Aufenthalts wöchentlich gepflegt. Die Bettwäsche und und alle Handtücher wurden wöchentlich gewaschen. Das Haus ist super modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt sodass unser Hund eine Menge Spaß auf dem Riesen Grundstück haben konnte. Alles top und wir konnten nichts bemängeln. Immer wieder gerne 👍🏼👍🏼

Ein wunderschönes Feriendomizil

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. Die Städte Pula, Rovinij, Porec, Fazana und die Brijuni Inseln sind gut erreichbar. Wir konnten schöne Spaziergänge mit unserem Hund unternehmen - direkt vom Ferienhaus aus. Das Städtchen Svetvincenat ist ganz in der Nähe und auch zu Fuß erreichbar! Dort gibt es 2 kleine Lebensmittelläden, Cafés und eine Pizzeria. Alles in allem perfekt 😀 Marica, thank you😀

Alles hervorragend! Super klasse! *Traumurlaub*

Wir haben traumhafte 2 Wochen Sommerurlaub in der Villa Vitis Vitae verbracht. Die Villa ist sehr neu, modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, super sauber, extrem gut gepflegt und es fehlt an Nichts! Die Wohnräume und Bäder sind sehr großzügig gestaltet. Das Wlan ist gut und zuverlässig. Der wunderschöne Pool und der große Garten sind ebenfalls sehr gut gepflegt. Es gibt genug Liegen und Sitzplätze sowohl in der Sonne als auch im Schatten. Es gibt mehr als genug Handtücher und Pooltücher, die nach einer Woche Aufenthalt gewechselt wurden. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und durch die große Auswahl an Kissen findet jeder das Passende. An den Fenstern im Schlafzimmer sind sogar Fliegengitter angebracht und man kann so bei offenem Fenster schlafen. In allen Räumen gibt es eine gute Klimaanlage. Der Pool wurde während unseres Urlaubs regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Vermieterin Marica ist eine sehr sympathische und nette Frau, die immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht und mit der wir sehr nette Gespräche führen konnten. Sie ist ohne Probleme auf unseren Extrawunsch eingegangen was die Abreise anging. Sie ist sehr auf das Wohl ihrer Gäste bedacht. Die Lage ist ruhig und abgelegen. Trotzdem sind Supermarkt, Restaurants, Meer und Städte schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Genau das was wir wollten. Perfekt! Alles in der Villa ist wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Marica und ihrem Mann für den tollen Urlaub. Diana, Markus, Alina und Hund Flocke

Traumvilla

Alles ist top. An alles ist gedacht. Es mangelt an nichts. Die Einrichtung ist modern, sehr geschmackvoll und funktional. Die Räume und Bäder sind großzügig gestaltet, wie auch der Garten, die Auffahrt und der Pool. Auch für Kinder ein idealer Ort, Platz zum Toben und Spielen ist genügend da. Wir genossen die Ruhe und die Landschaft. Mit dem Auto ist Meer schnell erreicht. Wir bedanken uns bei den freundlichen Vermietern Marica und Mann für diesen schönen Ferienaufenthalt.
