The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests and consists of a ground floor with a kitchen, a new separate wine cellar with over 200 bottles of wine, a living room with dining area, and a WC. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, and two terraces, while the second floor features two more bedrooms and one bathroom. All bedrooms and the living area are equipped with mosquito screens.In the spacious garden, there is a private pool of 43 m² and a large summer kitchen of 48 m² with an open grill, sink, fridge, and gas stove. The outdoor kitchen also includes a wine fridge for 48 bottles, a large dining table, and a comfortable seating area. The surroundings are enhanced by 20 Istrian olive trees. Guests also have access to an additional pool for the dog, and next to the garden, there is an original bocce court.The villa’s location is ideal for a relaxing holiday and also serves as an excellent starting point to explore Istria, its coastline, and nearby towns. In the vicinity, guests can enjoy a variety of activities. Nature lovers can explore picturesque walking and cycling trails through unspoiled Istrian landscapes.
