We are pleased to introduce Balcony Apartment, a fabulous seaside holiday home with delightful balcony overlooking Swanage bay. This Victorian apartment takes full advantage of the fantastic views, which extend across the sea to the Isle of Wight. Why not sit and relax after a busy day's sight seeing and watch the sunset with a glass of wine.

Formerly a Studio to the Surrealist, Landscape and War Artist Paul Nash. From the balcony of this very apartment, Paul Nash painted some of his most stunning and vibrant views of the Sea and Coast. This spacious apartment is equipped with all you might need for a family get away. For the romantics out there, Balcony Apartment is perfectly located to enjoy quality time together in beautiful surroundings. There are a wealth of restaurants and eateries surrounding this apartment, you will be truly spoiled for choice.

Lovely apartment so close to sea

We had a fantastic stay in Balcony apartment. It is really well presented and has absolutely everything needed for a great stay, although unusually for us we didn't cook much! The welcome pack was very much appreciated, as were touches like binoculars. So close to the beach, and with the sound of lapping sea through the open balcony windows. Lovely walks up onto the headland and all the town amenities just on the doorstep. Parking is a little tight for a big car, but we only had to park elsewhere once. It is close to pubs etc so was a little noisy on Friday night, but not so much it disturbed us. We'd love to come back some time!
