Unique and spacious property for rent on 3 blissful acres in the mountains near Asheville. This home atop a hill is the primary residence on a mini farm with goats, horses, and a pond full of ducks. Imagine yourself surrounded by nature in a serene, wooded setting enjoying private outdoor spaces with a hot tub, mountain views from a tree-top deck, a cascading waterfall accessible through the property's groomed paths, yet just minutes from vibrant, one-of-a-kind Asheville.

The home is spacious and bright with cathedral ceilings in the main, open-plan living area which features a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, stainless appliances, stackable washer and dryer, dining area and cozy family room. Upstairs, you'll find a loft with beamed ceilings and half bath. Downstairs, there's a large flexible space which currently offers 3 bedrooms, a full bath and kitchenette with mini fridge and coffee maker. The homeowners are willing to personalize the room function for their next tenant.

Outdoors, there's a fenced-in area for Fido, walking paths for meandering between the pastured animal enclosures, and a lovely deck under the tree canopy. A cascading waterfall beckons tenants towards a pond-side bistro table with views of the property and surrounding mountains.
