Welcome to Longview! Just 20 minutes from Asheville, this cozy ridge top spot offers amazing sunsets and wide open mountain views. Inside, enjoy lots of natural light and high ceilings. Start your day with breakfast on the large deck, fully equipped with a dining area and grill. Everything you need for a peaceful nature retreat.

Longview sits on top of a ridge and is made for relaxing. The living room has a soft couch and TV. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals. There is also a small fire pit on the lower patio for cozy nights. A new HVAC system was added in April 2024 to keep things just right. The water comes from a UV filtered rainwater system, safe to use but we still suggest bottled water for drinking.

Swannanoa is an incredible town nestled in the mountains between Black Mountain and Asheville. Great hiking, food, and drinks within minutes.

The road and driveway are a bit narrow and steep, but manageable for most 2WD cars as long as they aren’t too low to the ground. If heights make you nervous, the drive may not be the best fit. Keep your momentum going on the way up, and feel free to reach out if you have questions about your vehicle.

This is a pet friendly property, we do charge a pet fee. You`ll see this upon booking! Reach out with any questions.
