This charming four bedroomed property is in the pretty coastal area of Langland. Just a short drive from Mumbles (1 mile), Langland is instantly recognisable by its pretty beach huts. This sought-after holiday hotspot is great for swimming, paddle boarding and surfing. Grab a bucket and net and head to the rock pools, play a round of golf, walk the coastal path, or simply relax on the beach with a picnic. Langland Bay has a couple of good cafes and an excellent restaurant. Perfect for a family holiday or a seaside escape with friends.
Enter the house through the large hallway. From the hallway you will access the spacious living room with soft seating and TV. Here you can relax in front of the fire after a day out at the beach. The large open plan kitchen/diner is also off the hallway, incorporating another large seating area with open fire where you can sit and chat whilst others are cooking in the fully fitted kitchen. There is a handy utility room and shower room with WC off the kitchen. From the hallway you can follow the stairs to reach the two king rooms, on this floor there is also a family bathroom with WC, separate bath and shower enclosure. The two single rooms are on the next floor, both rooms have eaves and an additional pull out bed for children.
To the rear of the house there is a decked, terraced garden area where you can enjoy breakfast or a BBQ, with a large outdoor dining table and chairs.
