Gorgeous house in an amazing location. The views were fantastic. Wonderfully cool indoors when it was so hot outside (30 degrees c). Sitting on the terrace with the view of the bay will stay with us. We loved Mumbles and really hope we will return.

The accomodation was well thought out, making the most of existing facilities and re-configuring to give you as many options as possible. Space was amazing, masses of room for family time. Lots of simple little extras, to help you have a good time, eg. pens and paper for scoring games or scribbling notes, in a kitchen drawer, to full instruction mauals for operating all appliances. Even a good guide book, about the house and area. Lots of nice pictures and ornaments, to give a homely feel. It comes with a good stock of kitchen equipment, all bedding, towels etc and even essential items like soap, washing up liquid etc. I do think that the owners need to emphasise that the property is not suitable for less mobile, or very elderly people, as it has a lot of steps and stairs, and is situated up a steep hill. Loved the terraces, equiped with table and chairs, great in recent hot weather. Thoroughly recommend this property.
