Thank goodness there was someone in the lobby when we got back to our room at 2AM as they had locked us out of our room cuz they didn't have paperwork even though we clearly checked in. Bathroom was still dirty. Hair on the floor. Counters clearly had not been wiped as the tissue paper holder had lots of dust on it. Mirror was filled with streaks. Staff was nice, room smelt horrible like smoke, all of our belongings stink, our kids asthma got so bad in this "non-smoking" room, sheets with stains, there was pee all over the toilet and shampoo grime on the bath tub with light bulbs unscrewed as if someone else had been staying there.
