Everything was broken

The bed was not comfortable at all. The elevator was broken. The bathroom door would not shut. The ice machine on all floors was broken. I reserved a living room suite and the gave me a regular room. When I told front desk this, there were not any other suits available.

Nice overall. Pool was too dirty to swim in. The door to our room was broken - had to lift to close it. Bathroom door dragged on the ground and had to force it open and closed. Friendly staff.

There was no restaurant inside the hotel breakfast was okay.. seemed to be a problem with the air conditioner at night. We put it on one thing and at night it seemed to change. It was very hot and we set the air but at night it got changed and we were actually sweating.. that was really the only thing that was uncomfortable..

Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers! The hotel is very nice, bedrooms nice and large. Rosemary from the front desk was especially friendly and helpful. She texted when we first got to our room to make sure we were comfortable and too see if we needed anything. We could opt out of these text messages, but u found it very helpful. Thanks, rosemary!
