The staff were great. Check in was easy. Breakfast was good. The rooms were nice and clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that the tv was not working due to the construction which Im sure was outside of your control. But outside of the tv issue, all was very nice. Would definitely stay again.

This is the second time we've stayed here and both times have been wonderful. They've redone the hotel this time and it looks so nice. They have new carpet, new paint, new elevators, new mattress, etc. It was awesome!

The staff was amazing. They gave me a courtesy call to let me know there was a water main break in town and the hotel, along with the entire city, was without water and that I could cancel if need be. I stayed anyway because I was already on my way. They were very polite and kept me updated on when the water got restored. They also gave a courtesy call to let me know they were on the middle of a remodel. For them to be remodeling it was very clean.

Front desk person didn't even acknowledge us walk up to counter (just kept to her laptop as we stood there, no one rkse in the lobby). Under reno so not sure how much was/will be done, but room floor had severe warp/bulge. TV screen kept glitching. All tubs considered, won't be back.
