The keeper at property will ask for extra money for non sense things! The reservation changed in last minute while driving there so I had to take whatever option available! The deal I paid for includes heated pool but on arrival i paid 35$ just for the heated pool cash! Pool remained cold! The owner so nice and available but the keeper was annoying!

Pros: Nice location , 5 minute drive to the shore of the Dead Sea. The aesthetic of the chalet was nice. The pool was a good size Large space indoor and outdoor Plenty of bedrooms and space to accommodate a large group. The guard was very friendly and super helpful anytime we needed anything. The ac was great , you don’t get hot at all inside. Tv and WiFi were great Outdoor grill was great Cons. The pool was shaded so it remained cold making it hard for us to enjoy. Especially for the kids. The kitchen is very small and the stove is near to impossible to turn on. We kept having to call the guard to come turn it on for us. The dish soap was cheap and didn’t clean any of the dishes so bring your own if you plan on cooking. The bathrooms all need to be updated. The water starts to leak out to the bedrooms when showering in both of the restrooms with the glass walls. The toilet seat in the bathroom on the third floor was broken. The restroom in the master bedroom was very stinky along with the guest bathroom on the first floor. All the restrooms were not clean. There was soap scum on the walls , mirrors , vanity’s etc. along with mildew. The mattresses were really uncomfortable. The two kings felt like we were sleeping on rocks , and the 4 twin beds had broken wood support slats so the mattresses felt super bumpy. The chalet has a lot of potential . If they spent a little money on renovations and did better on cleaning I think it’d be a very nice place to stay in.
