The Swiftwater is an exceptional property for adults. The hotel is gorgeous and we received excellent service from start to finish. I gave my stay 4 stars because the hotel and staff were exceptional, however food options are limited. The restaurant at the swift water was tasty, but very expensive for what we received. Other than that I recommed the hotel but be prepared to dine elsewhere.

I gave an excellent review however, not child friendly as they have a curfew or quiet time. I had my grandson who is 3, he lovsa to play and run. Thats the only issue but he cried upon checking out sharing he didn't want to leave the hotel. Heavenly, Al at the front desk were amazing , they were helpful, attentive and professional. Kenny was also amazong ensirong our luggage got from the car to okr room. We will definitely be back

Hotel itself 5 star guest would have made it less

Awesome stay. Hotel is gorgeous. Only complaint was we stayed on 4th floor and the room above at 3am decided to what sounded like workout and throw weights around for about 1.5 hrs. Called front desk but it continued for 30 more mins. Husband thought maybe kids but upon checking out, the front desk said no kids are allowed on the 5th floor. I dont know what happened needless to say we were exhausted the next day for my daughters volleyball tournament

Love the Swiftwater

The Swiftwater was absolutely amazing! Hands down one of the best hotels I've been to! Staff is top notch, room was immaculate, hotel overall was beautiful, above and beyond with their presentation. Highly recommend this hotel if your planning on traveling to the Pocanos. 5 mins away from the outlets and kalahari. Just wish they had more than one location.

Beautiful Hotel

The hotel is a new hotel. Some of my family had came up for a birthday party for my grandson the hotel is close to everything. It is such a beautiful, clean hotel and elegant was very happy with my stay. Will definitely stay again.
