A coffee maker, electric kettle, pots and pans, and cutlery are also included. The living room features a double sofa bed, a dining table, and a chest of drawers. There is a TV on an adjustable arm with internet access (61 channels). The apartment has high-speed 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz internet.

The bedroom is very spacious, with a double bed, an armchair, and a large built-in wardrobe. In the hallway, next to the utility closet, there's a vacuum cleaner with a docking station, an ironing board, and an iron. The bathroom is equipped with an automatic washing machine and dryer.

The apartment is in an excellent location, where you can truly relax away from the tourist hustle and bustle of the promenade, yet still be close to the beach and the city center.

Guests have access to a garage located 30 meters from the building.
