There is a fenced-in children's playground on the property, accessible only to residents. The neighborhood has great potential for active outdoor vacations with many pedestrian and bike paths. The apartment is also located 2.5 km from the Świnoujście Aquapark and 5 km from the Baltic Baths on the German side of Usedom island. The famous Promenade, a seaside heart of the city with many amazing restaurants, chic cafes and local shops, is only 20-minutes by foot. The main railway station – and the supermarket – are also only 1.5 km from the apartment’s location.
