It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Chopin Park with the Marek Grechuta Municipal Amphitheatre, and a little further away is the Spa Park. For those travelling by train, an undoubted advantage is that the apartment is 220 m from the Świnoujście Centrum train station.

Die Wohnung ist sehr simpel eingerichtet, aber es ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Einrichtung nicht kaputt. Auf den Betten konnte man gut schlafen.Die Gegend ist größtenteils ruhig, so wie es bei einem Neubaublock halt möglich ist (hängt immer von den Nachbarn ab). Sehr positiv, 2 Gehminuten entfernt ist ein Supermarkt, so dass man dort jeden Tag frische Brötchen kaufen kann.Zum Strand sind es mit Kind gute 20 min, aber der Weg dorthin ist ganz nett.Positiv ist, dass es einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz gibt. Negativ war, dass dieser teilweise mit Fahrrädern blockiert war, die dort abgestellt waren. So konnte nicht der Stellplatz in Gänze genutzt werden.Zusammengefasst: Preis-Leistung ist okay, aber nicht überragend. Das ist aber auch sicherlich dem Buchungszeitpunkt geschuldet (Sommerferien).
