Nettes Appartement in guter Lage

Am Appartement gab es nichts auszusetzen, nur an der Strafzahlung im Nachhinein: wir hatten unseren Hund bei Fewo-Direct mit angegeben, was aber beim Vermieter angeblich nicht ankam und wir deshalb eine Strafe aufgebrummt bekamen. Es hat uns viel Schriftverkehr gekostet, der noch nicht beendet ist, in dem wir nachgewiesen haben, dass wir unseren Hund angemeldet haben. Sehr nervig im Nachhinein. Schade!

Gelungener Kurzurlaub

Eine sehr schöne Lage, kurzer Weg zur Promenade und zum Meer und zum Park. Alles in der Umgebung vorhanden, was man braucht. Leider gab es nie freie Parkplätze vor der FeWo, nicht mal zum Gepäck aus-/einladen, so dass man dafür Einfahrten blockieren musste. Die FeWo war für uns drei ausreichend. Soweit war auch dort alles vorhanden. Es gab kleine Mängel am Fußboden, Tisch(bein), Sauberkeit unterm Bett und Sofa. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir aber durchaus zufrieden.

die Wohnung und des Umfeld waren in Ordnung aber es war weder eine Komunikation über Internet oder telefonisch in deutsch möglich. Auch vor Ort war kein Ansprechpartner vor-handen.

- lokalizacja - balkon przestrzenny, zachód i północ, widok, - klatka schodowa, czystość w budynku - brak konieczności odbierania kluczy od kogoś czy nachodzenia nas w czasie wypoczynku - wyposażenie mieszkania (kuchni) - stosunek jakości do ceny, - ciekawe wiadomości naklejone na drzwiach wejściowych (o tym że nie straszycie karami) - to o wiele lepsza metoda na sukces niż grożenie, szczególnie w Polsce. - jestem wymagający względem hoteli a do Was chętnie wrócę. niewiele, na upartego: - w łazience rozpadał się blat przy zlewie (płyta drewniana przemokła i napuchła) - w łazience długo trzeba czekać na ciepłą wodę pod prysznicem (kilkadziesiąt sekund) - ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem bardzo słabe - praktycznie brak możliwości parkowania w pobliżu hotelu nawet do rozładunku. - goście budynku parkują tak ciasno przed schodami że z wózkiem z córeczką nie dało się przejść na ulicę, trawnik był ogrodzony taśmą. - strona rezerwacji bez polskiej wersji, bardzo odpycha mnie to i wkurzało, umiem EN natomiast jesteśmy w Polsce.
